Our latest Outlander On Location video took us to the beautiful surrounds of historic Roslin Glen!
Outlander Fans will recognise this location as the place where Jamie and Claire have their first fight and was one of the most dramatic scenes in Outlander Season 1!
Following Claire's rescue from the clutches of Black Jack Randall in Fort William, Jamie scolds her for not following his instructions by remaining where he had asked her. Tensions mount between the newlyweds, as Claire struggles to adapt to 18th century life and Jamie, overcome by the raw emotion of nearly losing Claire and his deep love for her, the pair descend into a furious row.
Jamie is eventually overcome with emotion and collapses on the remains of a stone wall, exclaiming 'You're tearing my guts out, Claire...'. This scene was brilliantly played by Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe and was one of the highlights of the season.
