Wanderings in the Outlander Versailles Gardens!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the historic gardens at magnificent Drummond Gardens in the heart of the ancient county of Strathearn, in Scotland!

You can check out the full video below:

Outlander TV Series fans will recognise this from Outlander Season Two, when Jamie, Claire and Murtagh find themselves negotiating the treacherous intrigues of the 18th century French Court of King Louis, while attempting to put a stop to Bonnie Prince Charlie's ill-fated Jacobite Rising!

The Drummond Castle Gardens were used for several scenes, including Jamie and Murtagh's word practice, where Murtagh hysterically 'requests' that the assembled French park visitors mind their own business...but in much, much harsher terms! Lol!

More importantly however, the Gardens of Versailles is where Claire and Jamie once again come face-to-face with the evil Black Jack Randall...though there is some light relive, as ol' Black Jack is roundly humiliated by King Louis.
